If it seems like listeners aren’t listening as long as they used too, you’d be right. Do you have any idea why this is happening? As we have stated many times, the game of radio has changed. The question becomes what are you doing to create TSL to get attention? In today’s competitive world you must do more than be a music station. Be creative and no rear view mirror programming- yesterday’s playbook is over. Think ahead and kick the competitions you know what. Just move it forward and hoping you have local data to figure it all out.
