Atlanta’s own “Hurricane Dave” Smith (right), President of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Black Radio Hall of Fame and chairperson again of the 2025 nominations & induction program, recently received a pair of high honors. Presented by Micheal Julian Bond of the Atlanta City Council.
In addition to receiving the Joe Biden Lifetime Achievement Award for over 30 years of community service, “Hurricane Dave” was honored with a Proclamation from the City of Atlanta. Congrats!
